What each service includes
Growth strategy
This service is for companies whose revenue has plateaued or whose growth feels random rather than planned. We start with a two-day diagnostic: we review your financials for the past three years, interview your senior team individually, and map every revenue channel you currently use.
From that diagnostic we produce a 12-month growth plan with monthly revenue targets broken down by channel. The plan specifies which channels to invest in, which to scale back, and what new channels to test. It includes a marketing budget allocation and a hiring timeline if additional staff are needed to execute.
- Three-year financial review and trend analysis
- Individual interviews with up to six senior staff
- Revenue channel mapping and prioritisation
- 12-month plan with monthly milestones
- Two mid-engagement check-in sessions
- 90-day post-delivery follow-up call
Operational efficiency review
We audit your operations from the moment a customer places an order to the moment the product or service is delivered and the invoice is paid. The goal is to find where time and money are being wasted.
Our process involves shadowing staff for two to three days, mapping each step in your workflow, and timing how long each step actually takes versus how long it should take. We then identify bottlenecks, redundant handoffs and tasks that could be automated or eliminated.
The deliverable is a redesigned workflow with specific changes ranked by impact and ease of implementation. We present this to your team, walk through the reasoning behind each change, and help you build a four-week implementation schedule. Clients typically recover 10 to 15 hours of wasted staff time per week within the first month of implementing our recommendations.
- On-site observation and staff shadowing (2-3 days)
- Full process map with time measurements
- Bottleneck identification report
- Redesigned workflow document
- Four-week implementation schedule
- 90-day follow-up call
Leadership and team development
Many of our clients are founders who built their company from scratch and now find themselves stuck in every decision. They want to delegate but do not trust that the work will get done properly. This service addresses that problem directly.
We work one-on-one with the founder or managing director for twelve sessions over three months. Sessions last 90 minutes each. In the first four sessions we identify which decisions and tasks the founder should keep and which should move to other people. In sessions five through eight we coach the founder on how to delegate effectively: setting clear expectations, defining check-in points, and having performance conversations when things go wrong. The final four sessions focus on building a management rhythm: weekly team meetings, monthly reviews and quarterly planning that the team runs without the founder being present.
We also run a half-day workshop with the senior team to align them on their new responsibilities and give them practical tools for managing their direct reports.
- Twelve 90-minute one-on-one coaching sessions
- Delegation framework tailored to your business
- Management rhythm design (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Half-day senior team workshop
- 90-day follow-up call
Financial planning and pricing
This service is for businesses that do not have a clear picture of their profitability by product, service or customer segment. We build a financial model that shows you exactly where your margin comes from and where it leaks.
We start by reviewing your accounting data, cost structure and pricing. We build a model in a spreadsheet tool your team already uses, so you can update it yourselves after we leave. The model breaks down gross margin by product or service line, shows the contribution of each customer segment, and includes a 12-month cash flow forecast.
If pricing is part of the problem, we conduct a pricing review. This involves analysing what competitors charge, surveying a sample of your customers on price sensitivity, and testing two or three pricing scenarios in the financial model to show the impact on revenue and margin.
- Full cost structure analysis
- Profitability model by product/service and customer segment
- 12-month cash flow forecast
- Pricing review with competitor analysis
- Customer price sensitivity survey (up to 30 respondents)
- 90-day follow-up call
How a typical engagement works
Regardless of which service you choose, every engagement follows the same five-step process. This keeps things predictable for both sides.
Initial conversation
A 30-minute call where you describe the problem and we ask questions. No charge. By the end we will tell you whether we think we can help and, if so, which service fits.
Proposal and fee agreement
We send a one-page proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed fee. You review it, ask questions, and sign if you want to proceed. Payment is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Diagnostic phase
We gather data: financial records, interviews, on-site observation. This phase typically takes one to two weeks depending on the service.
Analysis and recommendations
We analyse what we have found and produce a clear set of recommendations with an implementation plan. We present this to you in person and answer questions.
Follow-up
Ninety days after delivery we schedule a call to review what has been implemented, what results you are seeing, and whether anything needs adjusting.

Questions we hear often
Start with a 30-minute call. Describe the problem you are trying to solve and we will recommend the service that fits. If the problem spans two areas, we can combine services into a single engagement with one fee.
Occasionally. Most of our clients are in England because our on-site work is easier to schedule. If your business is in Scotland or Wales and the engagement does not require extensive on-site time, we are happy to discuss it.
Most of our clients have annual turnover between £500,000 and £15 million and employ between 5 and 150 people. We have worked with smaller and larger businesses, but that range is where we have the most experience and deliver the strongest results.
We build in check-in sessions during every engagement specifically so we can course-correct before the final deliverable. If you disagree with a recommendation at the end, we will explain our reasoning and, if you still disagree, we will revise that section at no extra charge. We have never had a client request a full refund.
Yes. Implementation support is available as an add-on. We charge a monthly retainer for ongoing support, typically between £1,200 and £2,500 per month depending on the hours required. This is agreed separately after the main engagement is complete.
